大数据环境下图书馆用户隐私权保护路径研究

Research on Protection Path of Library User Privacy under Big Data Environment

首先介绍了大数据和图书馆用户隐私的概念,然后探讨了图书馆在大数据采集、存储、处理、传输和使用等环节中用户隐私知情权、外部攻击隐私泄露、隐私使用许可、内部隐私泄露等问题,提出从立法保护、行业协会管理、技术防范和国外借鉴等方面进行隐私保护。

This paper first introduces the concepts of big data and library user privacy,and then discusses the issues caused in the middle of big data collection,storage,processing,transmission and use,such as users’right to know,privacy disclosure by external attack,privacy use license,and internal privacy disclosure.Finally,some suggestions on privacy protection are put forward from the aspects of legislation protection,industry association management,technology prevention and foreign reference.
