摘要
围绕航空发动机树脂基复合材料机匣安装边连接结构在温度环境和不同预紧力工况下的拉伸强度进行研究,针对此问题进行安装边模拟试验件单轴静拉伸试验和仿真分析。试验结果表明,室温情况下,螺栓预紧力会增加连接结构的刚度。200℃环境下,连接结构强度下降明显,且整个加载过程呈现出更强的塑性。有限元仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好,通过对仿真结果损伤形式的分析表明,连接结构承载能力主要取决于树脂基体的性能。
The tensile strength of the aero-engine resin matrix composite casing mounting edge connection structure under temperature environment and different preload conditions was studied,and the uniaxial static tensile test and simulation of the installation edge simulation test piece were carried out and analized.The test results show that the bolt pretension force at room temperature enhances the rigidity of the connection structure.At 200℃,the strength of the connection structure decreases significantly,and the entire loading process shows stronger plasticity.The finite element simulation results fit the test ones.The analysis of the damage results of the simulation results shows that the bearing capacity of the connection structure mainly depends on the performance of the resin matrix.
