摘要
通过断口检查、化学分析、金相检验和硬度测试等方法,对某传动轴裂纹进行了检诊断和原因分析。结果表明:该传动轴的裂纹性质为氢脆裂纹。因感应淬火工艺不当,使该端心部淬透,硬度增高,氢脆敏感性增大是其氢脆裂纹产生的主要原因。
The crack of transmission shaft was diagnosed and analyzed by means of fracture surface examination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and hardness testing.The results show that the crack feature of transmission shaft is of phydrogen embrittlement.The main reason for the crack embrittlement is improper induction hardening technology which results in the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity increase.
