摘要
为了进一步减小永磁缓速器的尺寸,提出一款基于Halbach阵列的永磁缓速器,永磁铁采用Halbach阵列后使缓速器中气隙的磁密强度大,制动力矩增加。建立永磁缓速器优化模型,优化后的径向尺寸明显降低。利用Maxwell软件对缓速器进行制动力矩和涡流场的仿真分析,进一步证明了Halbach式永磁缓速器优于常规永磁缓速器。将Maxwell计算得到的铜耗导入到ANSYS Workbench进行磁热耦合联合仿真,结果表明Halbach式铜环温度较常规式略有升高,但能保证温度处于合理范围内。
To further reduce the size of permanent magnet retarder,Halbach array was applied in permanent magnet retarder,by which the magnetic density intensity of air gap in the retarder was enlarged and the braking torque was increased.The optimization model of permanent magnet retarder was established.Maxwell software was used to simulate the braking torque and eddy current field of the retarder,which further proves the superiority of the Halbach permanent magnet retarder over the conventional one.The copper consumption calculated by Maxwell was imported into ANSYS Workbench for magnetic-thermal coupling joint simulation.The results show that the temperature of Halbach copper ring is slightly higher than that of the conventional one,but the temperature can be ensured within a reasonable range.
