摘要 为了优化金属3D打印成形工艺,建立工艺数据库,运用德国EOS M290金属3D打印设备,采用SLM技术,进行某海洋仪器设备中涡轮的打印工艺优化试验和不同零部件对激光填充线距离参数的选择试验。研究结果表明,涡轮45°倒角时打印出现翘曲变形,涡轮直角时打印效果良好,可用直角打印后进行车削加工方式进行倒角;随着激光填充线距离增大,打印件的质量下降,打印时间缩短。文章旨在优化模型打印方式、填充线的距离等参数,寻求最优打印质量,为海洋零部件的减重、高效打印提供一定的借鉴意义。 In order to optimize the metal 3D printing forming process and establish the process database,the EOS M290 metal 3D printing equipment from Germany and SLM technology was used to optimize the printing process of a turbine in an ocean equipment and experiment the selection of laser filling line distance parameters for different parts.The results show that the warpage deformation occurs when the turbine is 45°chamfered,and the printing effect is good when the turbine is at right angles and the chamfer can be removed by using the turning method later.With the increase of the laser filling line distance,the weight and the printing time of the printed part decreases.This paper is aimed to seek the optimal printing quality by changing the printing mode and the filling line distance and to provide some references for the weight reduction and efficient printing of Marine parts.
