摘要
为解决手工检测工具效率低、检测结果不便于数字化管理和工作强度大等弊端,将非接触式近景摄影测量技术与三维结构光检测相结合,提出一种准确获取钢轨的三维点云数据,进而得到钢轨表面轮廓参数的有效手段。使用近景摄影测量技术获取标志点的空间位置,以此作为点云扫描的全局拼接点;利用三维结构光扫描仪获取钢轨的点云数据,从而获取钢轨表面轮廓参数;对比研究近景摄影测量技术对检测结果与测量精度的影响。铁路现场试验表明:该方法的测量精度可达0.08 mm,可实现对钢轨表面轮廓参数的精确测量。
In order to solve the disadvantages of low efficiency of manual testing tools,inconvenient digital management of testing results and high work intensity,etc.By combining non-contact close-range photogrammetry with three-dimensional structured light detection,an effective method is proposed to accurately obtain the three-dimensional point cloud data of the rail and then obtain the rail surface profile parameters.Close-range photogrammetry is used to obtain the spatial location of landmarks as the global splicing point of point cloud scanning.The point cloud data of the rail are obtained by using a three-dimensional structured light scanner,thus the rail surface profile parameters are obtained.The influence of close-range photogrammetry on the test results and measurement accuracy is compared and studied.The railway field test shows that the measurement accuracy of this method can reach 0.08mm and can realize the accurate measurement of rail surface profile parameters.
