摘要 从体视学观察、金相检验、硬度试验、拉伸试验等常规破坏性理化检验技术方面,综述了国内外新能源汽车动力电池制造行业中模组件Al/Cu异种金属材料激光焊接冶金学表征技术与方法的应用进展。对于新能源汽车动力电池制造行业而言,这些检验指标尚待形成统一执行的国际、国家或行业标准规范。 The application progress of metallurgical characterization techniques in Al/Cu dissimilar laser weld for power battery modules in new energy vehicle industries at home and abroad were reviewed,from the aspects of conventional destructive test,such as stereological observation,metallogra-phic examination,hardness testing and tensile testing.In the manufa-cturing industry of power battery for new energy vehicles,these inspection indexes still need to form a unified international,national or industry standard.
