摘要 基于丁苯橡胶聚合反应特性、工艺需求和集散控制系统优势,以PLC作为集散控制系统的控制站,依托PLC和现场设备实现聚合反应工艺流程的分散控制。以计算机作为操作员站,集中操作、集中显示、集中管理,实现丁苯橡胶聚合反应的安全、稳定、可靠工作,并显著提升了丁苯橡胶生产、管理的工作效率和产品的质量。 Based on the characteristics of styrene butadiene rubber polymerization,process requirements and the advantages of distributed control system,taking PLC as the control station of DCS,decentralized control of polymerization process is implemented based on PLC and field equipment.The computer is used as the operator station to realize centralized operation,centralized display and centralized management function.The safe,stable and reliable operation of styrene butadiene rubber polymerization is realized,and the production and management efficiency and product quality of styrene butadiene rubber are significantly improved.
