考虑插入式电动汽车损耗的多社区微电网调度优化

摘要 在国家政策支持下,插电式电动汽车(Plug-in Electric Vehicles,PEV)近年来的市场占有率快速增长,大规模PEV接入社区微电网无序充电,势必会给社区微电网的安全与稳定造成隐患。充分考虑社区微电网内的多种类型发电单位运行约束以及PEV车主用电需求约束,提出了计及PEV充放电损耗成本的多社区微电网优化调度方法,并以算例仿真验证了所建模型的有效性和可行性。算例结果表明,考虑PEV充放电损耗的优化调度策略更加符合实际应用,且调度成本随着充放电损耗的增加而单调增加。 With the support of national policies,the market share of plug-in electric vehicles(PEV)has increased rapidly in recent years.The integration of PEV into community microgrids for disorderly charging will inevitably cause danger to the safety and stability of community microgrids.In this paper,considering the unit operation constraints of each generation unit in the community microgrids and the power demand constraints of PEV owners,the optimal scheduling method for multi community microgrids considering the charging and discharging loss cost of PEV is proposed,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model are verified by numerical simulation.The results of calculation examples show that the optimal scheduling strategy considering PEV charge and discharge loss is more suitable for practical applications,and the scheduling cost increases monotonously with the increase of charge and discharge loss.
