摘要 随着配电网自动化建设的推进和分布式电源的接入,传统配电网的保护、运行和控制已经不能满足配电网复杂的运行环境需要。针对电网运行人员急需搭建一个仿真试验环境,来更加准确地研究配电网系统运行和故障响应特征,利用低电压模拟高电压仿真技术搭建配电主站系统、通信网络、终端设备、继电保护等,实现配电网网架的灵活搭建、分布参数设置和切换,不同类型故障模拟,馈线自动化模式设置及不同类型终端测试,馈线自动化逻辑正确性验证,短路、接地故障设置、定位及算法的验证,试验过程监视、分析和管理,完成主动配电网系统动模试验平台不同拓扑结构保护方案正确性、算法适应性验证研究和教学培训工作。 With the development of distribution automation and the access of distributed generation,the protection,operation and control of traditional distribution network cannot meet the complex operation environment of distribution network.It is urgent for power grid operators to build a simulation experimental environment to study the operation and fault response characteristics of distribution network system more accurately.In this study,the main station system,communication network,terminal equipment and relay protection are built by using low voltage simulation technology,which can realize flexible construction,distribution parameter setting and switching of distribution network frame,different types of fault simulation,feeder automation mode setting and different terminal test,correctness verification of feeder automation logic,short circuit and ground fault setting,positioning and verification of algorithm,monitoring,analysis and management of test process.The correctness and algorithm adaptability of different topology protection schemes of active distribution network system dynamic simulation test platform are verified,and the teaching and training work is completed.
