摘要
操作机构是断路器动作的重要部件,其质量问题影响着电力系统安全稳定运行。通过解体检查、结构分析与材质分析等手段,发现一起110 kV断路器合后即分批次性缺陷,并给出相应的原因分析与处理建议。
Operating mechanism is an important part of circuit breaker action,and its quality issues affect the safe and stable operation of the power system.By means of disassembly inspection,structural analysis and material analysis,a batch defect of 110 kV circuit breaker open immediately after closing is found,and the corresponding reason analysis and treatment suggestions are given.
