智能滤油测试系统的开发及应用

摘要 当前传动系技术水平及加工制造水平不断提高,拖拉机传动系不仅对油液的过滤精度有了更高的要求,同时也有了更多的测试要求及需求。鉴于目前拖拉机厂家普遍存在过滤装置简陋、缺乏相应测试手段等现象,开发了一套智能化滤油测试系统。该系统采用虚拟仪器、可编程控制器以及网络技术等,具有定量加注、循环过滤以及测试等功能。该测试系统已经在某拖拉机厂应用,运行正常稳定,满足当前以及后续一定时期传动系磨合测试的需求。 The current drive train technology level and the processing and manufacturing level are constantly improving.The tractor drive train not only has higher requirements for oil filtration accuracy,but also has more test requirements and demands.In view of the widespread existence of primitive filter devices and lack of corresponding test methods among tractor manufacturers,a digital and intelligent oil filter test system has been developed.The system uses virtual instruments,programmable controllers and network technology,etc.,with functions such as quantitative filling,loop filtering and testing.The test system has been applied in a tractor factory,and it runs normally and stably,meeting the current and follow-up requirements for the drive train running-in test in a certain period of time.
