基于成果导向理论的思政课主题实践教学探索——以“我的英雄之旅”为例

摘要 要切实提升高校思政课教学的实效性,必须开展丰富多样的实践教学。成果导向理论以学生最终达到的学习成果作为教学设计和实施目标,对创新思政课实践教学模式具有方向性启示。“我的英雄之旅”主题实践课,回应了“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”的根本性问题,既契合中华民族伟大复兴以及共筑中国梦的进程,又紧密结合大学生成长中的困惑和需求,有较强的针对性、灵活性、可操作性、系统性和延续性。以此为突破口,可进一步探讨思政课实践教学改革的发展方向,同时着力构建一个行之有效的实践育人模式框架。 In order to effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities,we must carry out a variety of practical teaching.Outcome-based education theory emphasizes that the goal of teaching design and implementation is the final learning achievement of students,which can be used as a directional inspiration to promote the innovation of practical teaching mode of Ideological and political course.Taking the theme practice of“my heroic journey”as an example,it responds to the fundamental problem of“who to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom”.It is in line with the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the process of building the Chinese dream together.It is closely combined with the confusion and needs of college students in their growth.It has strong practical pertinence,flexibility,operability,systematicness and continuity.Taking the theme practice of“heroic journey”as the breakthrough point,we can further explore the future development direction of practical teaching of Ideological and political course,and at the same time,strive to build an effective practical education model framework.
