摘要 建立高校科研成果转化评价指标体系是促进科研成果转化的关键,在运行过程中应遵循创新性、系统性、可量化性的原则,从转化基础、转化效益、转化效果三方面构建高校科研成果转化评价指标体系。运用层次分析法确定各指标权重,权重结果表明,转化基础是决定高校科研成果转化水平的主要因素;同时,结合模糊综合评价法对高校科研成果转化评价指标体系进行应用,结果表明,此方法可作为评价高校科研成果转化能力的有效工具。 Establishing the evaluation index system of scientific research achievement transformation in universities is the key to promote the transformation of scientific research achievements.Following the principles of innovation,systematicness and quantification,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of scientific research achievements transformation in universities from three aspects of transformation basis,transformation benefit and transformation effect,and uses AHP to determine the weight of each index.The weight results show that the transformation basis is the main factor that determines the level of scientific research achievements transformation in universities.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation index system of scientific research achievement transformation in universities is applied,and the evaluation result is direct and clear,which shows that it can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the ability of scientific research achievement transformation in universities.
