广州开发区公共服务空间配置特征及优化路径研究

Study on the Characteristics and Optimization Path for Spatial Allocation of Public Services in Guangzhou Development Zone

以广州开发区为案例,探讨政府作用力作为主力的建设以及与行政区管理体制的深度融合是广州开发区公共服务建设的重要特征,并提出目前广州市开发区的公共服务设施与区内社会经济发展和人口结构不相适应的问题,最后提出善用政府作用力建设公共服务,坚持管理体制的深度融合,以及发挥社区作用发展老龄友好公共服务设施三个优化路径。

As the growth pole of regional economic development,development zone gradually increases the quantity and level of demand for public services in the process of continuous development.The construction of development zone is not only an economic behavior,but also a social one.Both residents and enterprises have higher demands for public services.Taking Guangzhou Development District for example,the paper explores the government forces behind the construction and administration of public services.The current scale of public service facilities in Guangzhou Development District cannot satisfy the social and economic development and population in this area.Three optimization paths are put forward:make the most of government’s role in developing public services,profound integration of management systems,and give play to the role of community to develop public service facilities for the elderly.
