摘要 纤维素作为一种天然高分子,具有来源广泛、绿色环保等优点,用纤维素纤维替代现有化学纤维具有巨大的环保价值。传统的纤维素纤维生产技术能耗大,污废排放多。与之相比,熔融纺丝技术工艺简单,流程短,通过改性技术使纤维素获得热塑性,继而通过熔融纺丝制备纤维素纤维成为近些年的研究热点。介绍了国内外纤维素热塑性改性及其熔融纺丝技术的研究进展。 As a natural polymer,cellulose had the advantages of a wide range of sources and environmental protection.Substituting cellulose fibers for existing chemical fibers had great environmental value.Traditional cellulose fiber production technology consumed a lot of energy and emitted a lot of waste.In contrast,melt spinning technology had simple process and short process.The modifica­tion technology could make cellulose obtain thermoplasticity,and then the preparation of cellulose fiber by melt spinning had become a research hot spot in recent years.The research progress of cellulose thermoplastic modification and its melt spinning technology at home and abroad in recent years was introduced.
