Linking system construction with national governance is an important theoretical achievement of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee.Accordingly,it is necessary to analyze the relationship between the socialist basic economic system and economic governance.The basic socialist economic system is an important pillar of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and economic governance is an important part of national governance,which is interdependent and symbiotic.This paper will start from the correct understanding of the two connotations,focusing on the analysis of their interactive logic,and finally expound how to promote the modernization of economic governance in the dialectical movement of the two,so as to provide theoretical power for the continuation of China’s economic miracle.
