厄瓜多尔美纳斯水电站厂用电系统方案设计研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了响应“一带一路”倡议,越来越多的中国企业走出国门到包括南美洲在内的海外建设水电站。但是南美洲的中低电压标准体系和中国中低电压标准体系完全不同,南美洲水电站对低压采用的是三相电压0.480 kV和0.220 kV两级、对中压采用的是三相电压22.000 kV的厂用电系统方案。为此,以位于厄瓜多尔的美纳斯水电站为例,从水电站的厂用电中压和低压系统的负荷统计与用电电压、接线方案与运行方式、设备选择配置等方面进行了深入分析论证;同时结合设计方案,对实现电站内0.480 kV和22.000 kV双接地问题进行了比较分析。基于比较分析结果,提出了将变压器接线组别设计为Y0/Y0的解决方案。设计研究成果可为南美洲水电站的新建或改造提供参考。 With the implementation of“the Belt and Road”,more and more Chinese companies are building hydropower stations overseas,including South America.The low and medium voltage standard system in South America is completely different with that in China,namely the low voltage of the South American hydropower stations adopts two-stage of the three-phase voltage 480V and 220V,and the medium voltage adopts the auxiliary power system plan with the three-phase voltage 22kV.Taking the Minas Hydropower Station in Ecuador as an example,we made in-depth analysis and demonstration on load statistics and the power voltage for low and medium voltage in auxiliary power system,wiring plan and operation mode,equipment selection and configuration,etc.Combining with the design plan,we compared and analyzed the problem of realizing 480V and 22kV double grounding in the power station,and proposed a solution of designing transformer wiring group as Y0/Y0.The results of design analysis can provide references for new construction or renovation of hydropower stations in South America.
