弃水电量及调峰弃水电量计算方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 为准确计算水电站的弃水电量和调峰弃水电量,保证在弃水期间编制的水电站发电计划合理、公平,分析了弃水电量产生的原因和弃水电量的构成。提出了因出力受阻而产生的虚拟电量不属于弃水电量;同时,按照弃水的类别给出了计算不同类型弃水电量的新方法,并采用“总-分”模式计算了调峰弃水电量;最后,选取了日调节和年调节水电站进行实例验证。结果表明:由于避免了受阻弃水电量的统计和不同类别弃水电量的嵌套,弃水电量和调峰弃水电量的新计算方法更加符合实际,所得结果相比传统方法更为准确;该方法的计算公式形式统一,能够适应不同调节性能的水电站,进一步简化了计算过程。 In order to accurately calculate the abandoned water power and peak shaving abandoned water power of hydropower stations,and ensure that the hydropower station power generation plan made during period of abandoning water is reasonable and fair,the causes and composition of abandoned water power were analyzed.We proposed that the virtual electricity generated by the blocked output did not belong to the abandoned water power.According to the category of abandoned water,a new method for calculating different types of abandoned water power was proposed,and the peak shaving abandoned water power was calculated by using the“integration-separation”mode.The daily regulation and annual regulation hydropower stations were selected to carry out results verification.The results showed that due to avoiding the statistics of hindered abandoned water power and the nesting of different types of abandoned water power,the new calculation method on abandoned water power and peak shaving abandoned water power were more in line with the reality,and the results were more accurate than the traditional method;the calculation formula had unified form,which could adapt to the hydropower stations with different regulation performance,and further simplified the calculation process.
