儿童紫癜性肾炎的诊治现状及中医药治疗优势

A review on treating schonlein purpura nephritis in children and the advantages of TCM in the treatment

过敏性紫癜是儿童临床发病率最高的血管炎之一,且患儿中儿童紫癜性肾炎发病率40%~50%,目前尚无统一的诊断及治疗方案。本文通过梳理临床上治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎的现状,发现该病在诊断上存在诊断标准不统一,临床分型和病理分级复杂多样等问题;在治疗上存在大部分药物疗效暂无明确依据,各种药物具有众多不良反应等问题及难点。中医治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎具有个性化阶段化治疗、减轻西药不良反应等自身独特的优势。因此,要发掘发挥中医治疗儿童紫癜性肾炎的优势,为临床中西医结合治疗该病提供方法思路。

Henoch-Schonlein purpura is one of the vasculitis with the highest clinical incidence in children,and the incidence of schonlein purpura nephritis in children is as high as 40%~50%,and there is no unified diagnosis and treatment plan.In this article,the current status of the clinical treatment of the disease was arranged,and it was found that the diagnosis of the disease has problems such as inconsistent diagnostic criteria,complex clinical types and pathological grades.And there is no clear basis for the efficacy of most medicines in the treatment.Various medicines have many adverse reactions.TCM shows its own unique advantages such as personalized and staged treatment and alleviating adverse reactions of Western medicines.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the advantages of TCM in treating schonlein purpura nephritis in children,and provide methods and ideas for the clinical treatment of the disease in the ingrative medicine.
