半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压病的临床效果分析

The clinical effects of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on hypertension

目的:研究应用半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法:于福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院高血压病患者中随机抽取108例,分为两组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予半夏白术天麻汤联合治疗,对比两组患者的血压水平和血清指标。结果:经治疗,对照组患者的血清指标醛固酮(Aldosterone,ALD)、血浆肾素(Plasma Renin Activity,PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平高于观察组。对照组患者的收缩压(Systolic Blood Pressure,SBP)、舒张压(Diastolic Blood Pressure,DBP)高于观察组。对照组患者治疗后的中医症状积分高于观察组。对照组的不良反应发生率低于观察组,但两组的差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:对高血压病患者给予半夏白术天麻汤治疗,有助于改善血清指标,控制血压水平和病情进展,治疗期间未见患者出现异常不良反应,具有突出优势,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction(半夏白术天麻汤)on hypertension.Methods:108 cases were randomly selected from our hospital and were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction more.Results:After treatment,the serum indexes levels of ALD,PRA and AngⅡin the control group were higher than those in the observation group.The SBP and DBP in the control group were higher than the observation group.The TCM symptom scores in the control group after treatment were higher than the observation group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was lower than the observation group,and the difference between the groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on hypertension can help to ameliorate the patient’s serum indicators,control the patient’s blood pressure level and disease progression.During the treatment period,there was no abnormal adverse reaction.It shows outstanding advantages and can be promoted in clinic.
