柔肝法治疗原发性高血压病有效性与安全性的系统评价

A systematic review on the efficacy and safety of the Rougan therapy on essential hypertension

目的:系统评价柔肝法治疗原发性高血压病的有效性与安全性。方法:通过检索截至2020年3月知网、万方、维普、PubMed数据库收录的中英文文献,搜索柔肝法治疗原发性高血压病的相关研究,对纳入的随机对照试验(Randomized Controlled Trials,RCT)文献进行质量评价,并采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:根据纳入标准共纳入13篇文献,包含1061名患者。Meta分析结果提示,口服柔肝中药治疗原发性高血压病可提高降压疗效总有效率,降低收缩压、舒张压,提高中医证候疗效总有效率,改善中医证候。结论:柔肝法治疗原发性高血压病可提高降压疗效及中医证候疗效的总有效率,有效降低收缩压与舒张压,改善临床症状,且安全性较好;基于纳入的部分文献质量偏低,结论还需更多高质量的RCT加以验证。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Rougan therapy(柔肝法)on essential hypertension.Methods:The papers published before March 2020 from databases such as CNKI,Wangfang,VIP,and PubMed were retrieved.All the related literatures on treating essential hypertension by the Rougan therapy were collected.The randomized controlled trials in the included literature were evaluated,and a Meta-analysis was performed through Review Manager 5.3 software.Results:According to the inclusion criteria,13 studies were included,including 1061 cases.The Meta-analysis results showed that the Rougan therapy on essential hypertension can improve the total efficiency of antihypertensive,decrease systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,improve the total efficiency of TCM syndromes,and ameliorate the TCM symptoms.Conclusion:The Rougan therapy on essential hypertension can improve the total efficiency of antihypertensive and TCM syndromes,effectively decrease systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,and ameliorate the clinical symptoms,with less adverse reactions.However,based on the low quality of some included literatures,the conclusion needs to be verified by more high-quality RCTs.
