运用数据挖掘技术分析中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的用药规律

An analysis of medication rules of treating ulcerative colitis by TCM medicine enema through data mining

目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析探讨中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative Colitis,UC)的用药规律。方法:检索知网近20年来中药灌肠治疗UC的文献,通过数据挖掘技术筛选出有效方剂,对药物的性、味、归经和药效进行归类分析。结果:灌肠常用药物包括白及、黄连、黄柏等,以味苦性寒药为主,多归属肝、大肠、胃、脾经。结论:中药灌肠治疗UC以苦寒药为主,归经以肝、大肠、胃、脾经为主,以清热燥湿、止血生肌、泻火解毒为主要治疗原则。

Objective:To explore the medication rules of treating ulcerative colitis by TCM medicine enema through data mining.Methods:The related literatures on treating the ulcerative colitis with TCM medicine enema in the past 20 years in CNKI database were searched.The effective prescriptions were screened out through data mining,and the nature,flavors,channel tropism and efficacy of the medicine were classified and analyzed.Results:The commonly used TCM medicines for enema included Baiji(Bletilla Striata),Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma),Huangbo(Cortex Phellodendrz),etc..The bitter-chilly medicines were mainly applied,mostly belonging to the liver,large intestine,stomach,and spleen channels.Conclusion:The bitter-chilly medicines were mainly applied to treat ulcerative colitis,mostly belonging to the liver,large intestine,stomach,and spleen channels.Clearing heat and eliminating dampness,hemostasis and promoting new muscle formation,and purging fire and detoxifying were the main treatment principles.
