中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳喘的应用效果评定

The effects of TCM medicine acupoint application on infantile cough and asthma

目的:评定中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳喘的应用效果。方法:选取咳喘患儿80例,采用随机分配的方式将所有患儿平均分成观察组和对照组,每组患儿40例。对照组患儿采取常规治疗,观察组患儿采取常规治疗加中药穴位敷贴治疗,观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:观察组患儿治疗后总有效率显著优于对照组。观察组患儿咳嗽时间、哮鸣音消失时间、啰音消失时间以及气促改善的时间相对于对照组用时明显更短,各症状消失得更快。治疗后观察组患儿的白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-4、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、免疫球蛋白(Immunoglobulin,Ig)E水平显著优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳喘的应用效果显著,应该拓展临床应用范围。

Objective:To evaluate the effects of TCM medicine acupoint application on infantile cough and asthma.Methods:80 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated by conventional treatment,and the children in the observation group were treated by TCM medicine acupoint application with conventional treatment.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group.Compared with the control group,the cough time,the disappearance time of wheeze,the disappearance time of rales,and the breath shortness improvement time in the observation group were significantly shorter,and the symptoms disappeared time was faster.After treatment,the levels of IL-4,TNF-αand IgE in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine acupoint application is effective on infantile cough and asthma,and should be promoted in clinical application.
