摘要
文章总结了袁梦石运用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗脑病的经验。袁师认为脑聚合人一身之阴阳,是一个典型的阴阳平衡体。脑病的发生是由脑的阴阳失调和功能失常所致。故治脑病应以和为法、调和阴阳。柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤是典型的和方,具有调和表里阴阳,升清降浊之效,可通过调节“神机”与“气立”的关系,使紊乱的神机得以平复,失衡的阴阳得以归常,达到治疗脑病的目的。
Yuan Mengshi’s experiences in treating encephalopathy with the Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction(柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤)were summarized.TCM master Yuan believes that the brain gathers Yin and Yang(阴阳)of the human body,is a typical organ that balance Yin and Yang.The occurrence of encephalopathy is caused by the imbalance and dysfunction of the brain’s Yin and Yang.Therefore,treating encephalopathy should be based on reconciling Yin and Yang.The Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction is a typical harmony prescription,has the effect of reconciling Yin and Yang outside and inside,raising clearness and reducing turbidity by adjusting the relationship between Shenji and Qili,to achieve the purpose of treating encephalopathy.
