身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with the Shentong Zhuyu decoction

目的:探讨身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值。方法:纳入腰椎间盘突出症患者58例,通过抽签法模式分为研究组和对照组,每组29例。对照组行常规治疗,研究组加行身痛逐瘀汤加减。记录两组中医症状积分、日本骨科协会腰痛评分表(M-JOA)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)评分、C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)、白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-1β、β-内啡肽、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)水平以及总有效率。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前中医症状积分、M-JOA、ODI、CRP、IL-1β、β-内啡肽、SOD水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组上述指标优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎间盘突出症行身痛逐瘀汤加减治疗能起到活血化瘀和行气止痛之功效,是一种有效且安全的治疗方案,值得推广使用。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of the Shentong Zhuyu decoction(身痛逐瘀汤)on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:58 cases were divided into the study group and the control group by lottery method,29 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group took conventional treatment plus the Shentong Zhuyu decoction.Results:The total efficiency in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom score,M-JOA,ODI,CRP,IL-1β,β-endocaffein,and SOD in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shentong Zhuyu decoction on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,promote Qi(气)and relieve pain.It is an effective and safe treatment plan,and is worthy of popularization.
