针灸联合温阳通督、散寒除湿汤治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating ankylosing spondylitis by acupuncture plus Wenyang Tongdu and Sanhan Chushi decoction

目的:探讨针对强直性脊柱炎(Ankylosing Spondylitis,AS)采取针灸联合温阳通督、散寒除湿汤进行治疗的疗效。方法:采用随机数表法将70例AS患者分为治疗组与对照组,各35例。对照组采取针灸治疗,治疗组加用温阳通督、散寒除湿汤进行联合治疗。对比两组治疗14 d后疗效、细胞炎症因子变化及不良反应的发生。结果:治疗后,治疗组疗效较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285,P=0.022);治疗组炎症因子白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、IL-17、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.039、5.075、10.953,P=0.045、0.000、0.000);治疗组头晕、肠胃不适、头痛等不良反应发生情况较对照组少,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P=0.032)。结论:针对AS患者采取针灸联合温阳通督、散寒除湿进行治疗,能够有效提升治疗疗效,降低炎症因子水平,且不良反应发生较少,安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture with Wenyang Tongdu and Sanhan Chushi decoction on ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:70 patients were divided into the treatment group and control group,each with 35 cases.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with Wenyang Tongdu and Sanhan Chushi decoction.The therapeutic effect,the change of cytokines and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.285,P=0.022);the levels of IL-6,IL-17,TNF-αin the treatment group were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of dizziness,gastrointestinal discomfort and headache in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P=0.032).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Warming Yang,dredging Du,dispersing cold and dehumidification can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and have fewer adverse reactions,which is safe and reliable.
