中医辨证治疗复发性口腔溃疡验案2则

Treating two cases of recurrent oral ulcer by TCM syndrome differentiation

复发性口腔溃疡(Recurrent Oral Ulcer,ROU)是很常见的口腔黏膜溃疡类疾病。ROU病因尚未十分明确,主要认为与遗传性因素、免疫性因素、感染性因素等有关。目前西医尚无疗效好的治疗方案,且治疗后易复发,严重影响患者的生活质量。反观中医对本病则具有独特优势,中医从整体对ROU进行治疗,注重辨病与辨证兼顾,通过辨证施治,采用合理的中药配伍进行局部和整体的结合治疗。笔者常运用中医治疗ROU,疗效显著,文章着重介绍2则验案,供临床参考。

Recurrent oral ulcer is a very common oral mucosal ulcer disease.The etiology of ROU is not yet clear,and it is believed that the etiology of the disease is mainly related to genetic factors,immune factors,infectious factors and so on.At present,Western medicine has no effective treatment plan,and it is easy to relapse after treatment,which seriously affects the life quality of patients.On the other hand,TCM shows unique advantages on the disease.TCM treats ROU as a whole,pays attention to both disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,treats through syndrome differentiation,and adopts a reasonable compatibility of TCM medicine for local and overall treatment.The author often applies TCM medicine to treat ROU,and the effect is remarkable.Two empirical cases were introduced emphatically in this article for more clinical reference.
