益气活血方对慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效的理论机制探讨

A mechanism study on treating CAG with the Yiqi Huoxue prescription

文章就益气活血方对慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic Atrophic Gastritis,CAG)可能的疗效作用,从中医发病因素及CAG病机基础、益气活血方的组方及处方结构、与血瘀证相关的实验室指标、血瘀证与胃黏膜镜下征象改变的关系及组方中药的药理作用分析等方面进行分析探讨。认为脾胃气虚是CAG发生发展的基本病机,而血瘀则是影响CAG病理进展和疾病发展过程的重要因素。益气活血方具有益气健脾、活血化瘀的功效,与血瘀证相关实验室指标的变化影响着CAG的发展和转归,活血化瘀法可直接改善胃黏膜镜下征象。本方的组成药物具有促进胃黏膜损伤修复、改善黏膜血流及抗癌变的药理作用,为益气活血方治疗CAG的疗效提供了理论依据。

The effects of The Yiqi Huoxue prescription(益气活血方)on CAG was discussed from TCM pathogenesis of CAG,the structure of the Yiqi Huoxue prescription,the microcosmic index related to blood stasis syndrome and the pharmacological action of the prescription.The weakness of spleen and stomach is the basic pathogenesis of CAG,and blood stasis is an important factor affecting the pathological changes and development of CAG.The Yiqi Huoxue prescription shows the effect on strengthening spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The changes of microcosmic indexes related to blood stasis syndrome affect the pathological changes and development of CAG.The formula drugs have the pharmacological action of promoting the mucosa repair,improving the blood flow and anti-cancer,which provides the theoretical basis for the therapeutic effect of the Yiqi Huoxue prescription on CAG.
