彩色多普勒超声检测对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography for deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities

目的研究下肢深静脉血栓应用彩色多普勒超声检测的诊断价值。方法92例下肢深静脉血栓患者,对患者实施彩色多普勒超声检测,分析彩色多普勒超声检测对下肢深静脉血栓的检出情况以及声像图表现。结果92例患者中,共检出下肢深静脉血栓81例(88.04%),其中左下肢静脉血栓患者有40例、右下肢血栓41例,所有患者均经其他影像学检查或者复查后证实。声像图表现:静脉管腔内伴有实性欠均匀回声,在急性期呈现弱回声或者低回声,在亚急性期伴有不规则中等、不均匀回声,采用探头轻度加压,血栓处管腔无法压瘪,彩色多普勒表现(CDFI)显示静脉管腔血流充盈缺损或者无彩色血流信号,在吸气时患者血流信号无减弱、在呼气时患者血流信号无明显增强,部分患者呈现连续性血流频谱。结论应用彩色多普勒超声检测在下肢深静脉血栓中具有显著的诊断价值。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography for deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods There were 92 patient with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity detected by color Doppler ultrasound.The detection of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities by color Doppler ultrasonography and sonographic findings.Results In 92 patients,81 cases(88.04%)of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity were detected,including 40 cases of left lower extremity venous thrombosis and 41 cases of right lower extremity thrombosis.All patients were confirmed by other imaging examinations or reexaminations.Sonographic findings:solid sub-uniform echoes in the venous lumen,weak or hypoechoic echoes in the acute phase,and irregular medium and uneven echoes in the subacute phase.Using the probe to lightly pressurize,the lumen at the thrombus cannot be compressed,and the Color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)showed the venous lumen blood flow filling defect or no color blood flow signal.The blood flow signals of the patients did not weaken during inspiration,and did not increase significantly during expiration.Some patients showed continuous blood flow spectrum.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has significant diagnostic value in deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities.
