Objective To discuss the effect of quantitative target management in fast track surgery nursing on the postoperative rehabilitation and self-efficacy of patients with endometrial cancer undergoing radical hysterectomy. Methods A total of 80 patients with endometrial cancer undergoing radical hysterectomy were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group referred to the gynecological rapid rehabilitation guidelines for nursing, and the observation group applied the quantitative target management model to fast track surgery nursing. The clinical indicators and self-efficacy score of the two groups were compared. Results The first feeding time, first off-bed activity time and first anal exhaust time after operation of the observation group were(5.48±0.85),(11.24±1.04),(16.88±2.94)h,which were shorter than(7.00±1.21),(14.38±2.43),(20.22±3.20)h of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the positive attitude, stress relief and self decision score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative target management in fast track surgery nursing can effectively improve the compliance and self-efficacy of patients with endometrial cancer undergping radical hysterectomy. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
