摘要
乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿一旦出现则不可治愈,对淋巴水肿的管理是长期持续的过程,自我管理在其中占据重要地位。本文从预防期、亚临床期、治疗维持期三方面,对乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的自我管理相关研究进行综述,以期为临床开展乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿自我管理的有效干预提供参考。
Breast cancer-related lymphedema is incurable once it occurs.The management of lymphedema is a long-term and continuous process,in which self-management plays an important role.This article reviews the research on self-management of lymphedema from three aspects:prevention,subclinical stage and maintenance stage.It aims to provide reference for effective self-management of breast cancer-related lymphedema in clinic.
