Expression and Significance of CIP2A in Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的检测蛋白磷酸酶2A的癌性抑制因子(cancerous inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A,CIP2A)在类风湿性关节炎中的表达,探讨CIP2A在类风湿性关节炎中的作用。方法构建类风湿性关节炎小鼠模型,且通过PCR的方法检测CIP2A在类风湿性关节炎滑膜中的表达。结果CIP2A在类风湿性关节炎滑膜中的表达显著高于正常关节的滑膜组织,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CIP2A高表达可能参与了类风湿性关节炎的发生发展过程,CIP2A可能成为类风湿性关节炎诊断及治疗的新指标。

Objective To detect the expression and significance of cancerous inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A(CIP2A)in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A model of rheumatoid arthritis was constructed,and the expression of CIP2A in the synovium of rheumatoid arthritis was detected by PCR.Result The expression of CIP2A in the synovium of rheumatoid arthritis was significantly higher than that of the synovial tissue of normal joints,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of CIP2A may be involved in the occurrence and development of rheumatoid arthritis,and CIP2A may become a new indicator for the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
