消化道恶性肿瘤患者血液流变学指标的检测及临床意义

Clinical Significance of Hemorheological Parameters in Patients with Gastrointestinal Malignant Tumor

目的了解消化道恶性肿瘤患者血液流变性特点。方法对33例消化道肿瘤患者与35名正常健康人的血液流变学指标进行比较分析。结果消化道恶性肿瘤患者的血液流变学指标与正常人相比有多项异常(P<0.01或0.05),而消化道恶性肿瘤患者行根治手术后半年血液流变学指标与术前相比有明显好转(P<0.01或0.05)。结论消化道恶性肿瘤患者存在血液流变学指标的异常,根治手术治疗后,其血液流变学指标有明显好转。

Objective To study the change of hemorheological parameters in patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor.Methods Hemorheological parameters of 33 cases of gastrointestinal malignant tumor and 35 normal healthy persons were compared and analyzed.Result The hemorheological parameters in patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor had several abnormalities compared with normal healthy persons(P<0.01 or 0.05),while half a year after radical operation they were obviously better(P<0.01 or 0.05).Conclusion There are abnormalities of hemorheological parameters in patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor,which turned better after its radical operation.
