静脉注射吲哚菁绿荧光显影法与改良膨胀萎陷法形成的段间平面界线的比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究静脉注射吲哚菁绿(ICG)荧光显影法与改良膨胀萎陷法形成的段间平面的一致性。方法回顾性分析2018年8月—2020年11月进行的20例胸腔镜下肺段切除手术,术中离断靶段动静脉和支气管后应用静脉注射ICG荧光显影,显示并标记段间平面界线,再使用改良膨胀萎陷法形成段间平面界线,判断两者显示的段间平面界线是否一致。结果20例手术中,静脉注射ICG荧光显影法显示的段间平面界线与改良膨胀萎陷法形成的段间平面界线基本重合。结论静脉注射ICG荧光显影法与改良膨胀萎陷法显示的段间平面界线基本重合,两种方法均能指导肺段切除术中的段间平面识别。 Objective To study the intersegmental plane consistency between intravenous injection of indocyanine green(ICG)fluorescence imaging technology and modified inflation-deflation method.Methods A retrospective analysis of 20 cases of thoracoscopic segmentectomy from August 2018 to November 2020 was performed.After intravenous injection of ICG fluorescence,the intersegmental plane was marked,and then the modified inflation-deflation method was used to determine whether the intersegmental plane displayed by the two methods was consistent.Results In 20 cases of operation,intravenous injection of ICG fluorescence imaging technology showed the intersegmental plane and the improved expansion collapse method basically coincided.Conclusion The intersegmental plane displayed by intravenous injection of ICG fluorescence imaging technology and improved expansion collapse method is basically coincident.Both methods can guide the identification of intersegmental plane during the segmental resection.
