Glioma is the most common primary tumor of the intracranial brain,and the prognosis of clinical treatment is poor.Diagnosis and treatment integration integrates the functions of diagnosis and treatment,and with the rise of nanobiotechnology,the diagnosis and treatment integration platform has developed rapidly,which brings more choices for the diagnosis and treatment of glioma.This article reviews the development of integrative diagnosis and treatment of glioma.
