氟哌噻吨联合法莫替丁、洛赛克治疗胃食管反流的临床效果及对胃泌素水平的影响

Clinical effect of flupentixol combined with famotidine and losec in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux and its influence on gastrin levels

目的:探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合法莫替丁、洛赛克应用于治疗胃食管反流的临床效果及应用价值。方法:选取2017年12月~2019年11月期间本院收治的96例胃食管反流患者采用随机数字表法分为研究组(48例)、对照组(48例),研究组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合法莫替丁、洛赛克治疗,对照组给予雷尼替丁联合吗丁啉治疗,共治疗8周,比较两组的症状积分、临床疗效、胃镜结果、胃泌素指标、不良反应。结果:研究组治疗后烧心、反酸、胸骨后疼痛及反食评分均低于对照组。研究组患者的有效率(89.58%)显著高于对照组(77.08%)。两组患者均较治疗前结果好转,两组胃镜检查结果相比差异有统计学意义。研究组患者胃泌素指标改善程度显著高于对照组。研究组不良反应发生率(8.33%)低于对照组(12.50%)。结论:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合法莫替丁、洛赛克治疗胃食管反流可有效提高患者临床疗效,改善胃泌素,减轻患者烧心、反酸、胸骨后疼痛及反食等临床症状,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of flupentixol and melitrazin tablets combined with famotidine and losec in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux.Methods A selection of 96 patients with gastroesophageal reflux admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to November 2019 were divided into study group(48 cases)and control group(48 cases)by random number table.The study group was given flupentixol Melitrazin tablets combined with famotidine and losec treatment,the control group was treated with ranitidine combined with domperidone for a total of 8 weeks.The symptom scores,clinical efficacy,gastroscopy results,gastrin indicators,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of heartburn,acid reflux,retrosternal pain and regurgitation after treatment in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The effective rate of patients in the study group(89.58%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.08%).The results of the two groups of patients were better than those before treatment,and the difference between the two groups of gastroscopy results was statistically significant.The degree of improvement of gastrin indicators in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(8.33%)was lower than that in the control group(12.50%).Conclusion The combination of flupentixol and melitrazin tablets in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux with famotidine and losec can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients,improve gastrin,and relieve symptoms such as heartburn,acid reflux,post-sternal pain and regurgitation,The safety is high and it is worthy of clinical application.
