京津冀产业链协同创新发展研究 被引量:2

摘要 京津冀产业协同创新发展是国家亟待推进的战略任务。京津冀三地从产业发展趋势、产业协同和协同创新等方面具有显著的互补、互利、互惠发展的机遇和条件,京津冀产业链协同创新发展的方向是根据三方各地自身的禀赋条件,调整优化产业链和创新链的空间布局,构建跨区域创新创业系统和深化体制机制改革,重点要在产业分工、对接衔接、共建区域创新链、资源共建共享、科技成果转化和协同创新体制机制等方面加大力度。文章建议开展产业链项目联合攻关和重点企业联合培育,推进产业、金融、科技、人才、公共服务等领域政策的一体化发展。 The collaborative innovation and development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry is a strategic task to be promoted urgently.Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have significant complementary,mutually beneficial and mutually beneficial development opportunities and conditions in terms of industrial development trend,industrial collaboration and collaborative innovation,the development direction of collaborative innovation of industrial chain in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is to adjust and optimize the spatial layout of industrial chain and innovation chain,build cross regional innovation and entrepreneurship system and deepen the reform of system and mechanism according to their own endowment conditions,we should focus on industrial division of labor,docking and convergence,collaboratively building regional innovation chain,collaboratively building and sharing of resources,transformation of scientific and technological achievements and collaborative innovation system and mechanism.This paper suggests that we should carry out joint tackling of industrial chain projects and joint cultivation of key enterprises,and promote the integrated development of policies in the fields of industry,finance,science and technology,talents,public services,etc.
