体医融合视域下福建特色民间体育的现实困境与发展路径--以黄氏太极拳为例

The Realistic Dilemma and Development Path of Fujian Characteristic Folk Sports from the Perspective of Sports Medicine Integration--Taking Huang's Taijiquan as an Example

为了更好地促进福建特色民间体育的传承与发展,运用田野调查法、实地参与性观察法和开放式访谈法等研究方法,选取黄氏太极拳为个案调查,在体医融合的视域下对福建特色民间体育的现实困境和发展路径进行分析和研究.结果发现,黄氏太极拳具有鲜明的动作特点,为福建特色民间体育项目之一,但在其发展过程中仍面临着组织发展趋同、受众群体单一、培训模式局限和康复功能被忽视的现实困境.并在此基础上提出了科学的发展路径,如健康文化的再挖掘与再生产、康复功能的再提升与再运用、业务培训的开发与创新、受众群体的再拓展等,以期促进福建特色民间体育科学、健康和可持续发展.

In order to better promote the inheritance and development of Fujian characteristic folk sports,this paper uses the methods of field investigation,field participation observation and open interview,selects Huang's Taijiquan as a case study,and analyzes and studies the Realistic Dilemma and development path of Fujian characteristic folk sports from the perspective of sports medicine integration.The results show that Huangs Taijiquan has distinctive movement characteristics,which is one of the folk sports with Fujian characteristics.However,in the process of its development,there are still some difficulties,such as the convergence of organization development,the single audience group,the limitation of training mode and the neglect of rehabilitation function.On this basis,it puts forward the scientific development path,such as the re excavation and reproduction of health culture,the promotion and reuse of rehabilitation function,the development and innovation of professional training,and the re expansion of audience groups,so as to promote the scientific,healthy and sustainable development of Fujian characteristic folk sports.
