Methods of Disaster Management in University Library under Dynamic Environment:A Case Study on Library of Qingdao University

文章对国内外有关学术图书馆灾害管理方法的文献进行了分析梳理,回顾了国内外学术图书馆的几种灾害管理方法,针对当前我国这方面存在的问题,探讨运用动态能力框架对高校图书馆进行战略定位。以基于资源重组的青岛大学图书馆为例,研究在风险和灾害管理中如何提升高校图书馆的动态管理能力,提高应急服务能力,包括:感知环境影响;调整和重新配置资源;实施有效的战略应对等。

This paper analyzes and sorts out the domestic and foreign literatures on disaster management methods in academic libraries.Several disaster management methods of academic libraries at home and abroad are reviewed.It discusses the strategic orientation of university library by using dynamic capability framework aiming at the current problems.The study is based on the re-organizational process of Qingdao University Library,illustrating how the library managed to be dynamically capable and enhance the capacity of emergency services,including sensing the environmental impacts,realigning and reconfiguring its resources,and implementing effective strategies as responses to these challenges.
