Investigation and Analysis on the Present Situation of Librarian Online Education

以图书馆员在线教育为研究对象,采用文献研究法和网络调查法,梳理相关的理论研究和实践发展现状,对疫情防控期间图书馆员线上培训的基本情况调查统计,并从培训内容、对象、平台、效果、推广手段等方面分析其优势特征和不足之处,在此基础上,从建立线上学习平台、构建课程体系、强化课程管理、加大推广力度、注重学习效果反馈等方面提出改进建议,以期为今后更好地开展图书馆员线上教育提供参考。

Taking the librarian online education as research object,and using literature research and network surveys,this paper combs the theory research and practical development of librarian online education,investigates online training for librarians during the period of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages from the aspects of training content,training object,training platform,training effect,promotion means,and on this basis,puts forward some improving suggestions from the aspects of establishing online learning platform,developing curriculum system,strengthening curriculum management,increasing promotion efforts,and studying feedbacks,in order to provide reference for better development of librarian online education in the future.
