基于TR插值算法的光声断层图像重建方法 被引量:4

摘要 光声成像是一种新型无损生物医学成像方式,结合了光学成像和超声成像的特点,具有广阔的应用前景。针对重建过程中存在的原始光声信号信噪比差、重建图像对比度低等问题,通过建立光声数据采集模型,从采样角度和数据点方面对时间反转算法(time reversal,TR)进行研究,将插值算法与其相结合,达到提高成像质量和消除伪影的目的。实验结果表明,基于TR插值算法的重建方法具有良好的重建效果,与TR算法相比峰值信噪业(PSNR)约提高9.2~10.1 dB,结构相似性提高约5.4%~5.6%,与快速傅里叶变换法(fast Fourier transform,FFT)相比,PSNR约提高11.8~19.9 dB,结构相似性提高约6.4%~10.8%。 Photoacoustic imaging is a new non-destructive biomedical imaging method,which combines the characteristics of optical imaging and ultrasound imaging,and has broad application prospects.In view of the poor signal-to-noise ratio of the original photoacoustic signal and low contrast of the reconstructed image in the reconstruction process,the time reversal algorithm(TR)is studied from the sampling angle and data points by establishing a photoacoustic data acquisition model,combine the interpolation algorithm with it to achieve the purpose of improving imaging quality and eliminating artifacts.The experimental results show that the reconstruction method based on the TR interpolation algorithm has a good reconstruction effect.Compared with the TR algorithm,the PSNR is increased by about 9.2~10.1 dB,and the structural similarity is increased by about 5.4%~5.6%.Compared with the fast Fourier transform method(FFT),the PSNR is improved by about 11.8~19.9 dB,and the structural similarity is improved by about 6.4%~10.8%.
