熏蒸联合针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Fumigation combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion on rheumatoid Arthritis

目的对熏蒸联合针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效进行调查。方法选取郑州市中医院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的68例类风湿性关节炎患者为调查样本,采用随机分组的方式将患者分为对照组、观察组,均34例,对照组患者给予熏蒸治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予针灸治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗前疼痛评估得分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者疼痛评估得分均有所下降,且观察组患者疼痛分数低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗有效率(94.1%)高于对照组(73.5%),差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前生活质量评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论熏蒸联合针灸能够减轻类风湿性关节炎患者疼痛,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fumigation combined with acupuncture in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 68 patients with rheumatoid arthritis from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group(34 cases each),the patients in the control group were given fumigation therapy,and the patients in the observation group were given acupuncture therapy at the same time.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in preoperative pain assessment between the two groups(P>0.05),and the pain score of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group(94.1%)was higher than that of the control group(73.5%),the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in QOL scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the QOL scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Fumigation combined with acupuncture can relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
