介入支架治疗缺血性脑血管病对患者病变血管血流状况及神经功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨介入支架治疗缺血性脑血管病对患者病变血管血流状况及神经功能的影响。方法选择2016年8月至2019年1月河南圣德医院收治的缺血性脑血管病患者80例,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40),对照组接受常规药物治疗,观察组采用介入支架治疗,对比两组治疗前后病变血管血流状况、神经功能情况及生活质量情况。结果治疗后12个月,两组血流情况(颈总动脉、颈内动脉、椎动脉及基底动脉的血管峰流速)较治疗前降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月,观察组神经功能NIHSS评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后12个月,两组的生活质量评分较治疗前高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论介入支架治疗缺血性脑血管疾病患者,能够有效改善病变血管的血流状况,促进神经功能恢复,且治疗后复发率较低,提升生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of interventional stenting on blood flow and nerve function in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods from August 2016 to January 2019,80 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into control group(N=40)and observation group(N=40)according to the table of random numbers,the control group received conventional drug treatment,and the observation group received interventional stent treatment,the blood flow,nerve function and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment.Results 12 months after treatment,the blood flow(peak velocity of common carotid artery,internal carotid artery,vertebral artery and basilar artery)in the two groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3,6 and 12 months after treatment,NIHSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 12 months after treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stenting can effectively improve the blood flow of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,promote the recovery of nerve function,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life.
