丹莪妇康煎膏联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌症患者的疗效及复发率分析

Analysis of curative Effect and recurrence Rate of Dan’e Fukang Decoction combined with Leuprorelin on patients with Adenomyosis

目的探究丹莪妇康煎膏联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌症患者的疗效及复发率。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月郑州大桥医院收治的172例子宫腺肌症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(采用单一皮下注射亮丙瑞林的方法治疗)和观察组(在对照组基础上口服丹莪妇康煎膏),均为86例。评价两组患者的痛经治疗效果、临床效果和复发率。结果观察组痛经VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床症状缓解有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论口服丹莪妇康煎膏联合皮下注射亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌症,不仅能改善患者痛经、经量大、腹痛和子宫变大等症状,且能降低患者复发率。

Objective To explore the curative effect and recurrence rate of dan’e fukang decoction combined with leuprorelin in treating patients with adenomyosis.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,172 patients with adenomyosis in Zhengzhou Daqiao Hospital were selected as the study subjects,according to random number table,they were divided into control group(treated by single subcutaneous injection of leuprorelin)and observation group(on the basis of the control group,oral dan’e fukang decoction),86 cases each.The therapeutic effect,clinical effect and recurrence rate of dysmenorrhea were evaluated in the two groups.Results The VAS score of dysmenorrhea in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the effective rate of clinical symptom relief in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral dan’e fukang decoction combined with subcutaneous injection of leuprorelin can not only improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,large menstrual volume,abdominal pain and uterine enlargement,but also reduce the recurrence rate.
