如何理解毛泽东“哲学就是认识论”命题

毛泽东“哲学就是认识论”命题中的认识论概念所关注的不是“认识何以可能”,也不是“人的认识活动本身”,而是“如何认识”的问题。因此,毛泽东通过这一命题想要表达的观点是,哲学就是研究如何正确地认识世界的理论。他之所以提出这一命题,主要是为了总结和概括自己一贯坚持的哲学观。为了证明这一命题不是毛泽东即兴而发,我们可以在其思想语境中找到两种可能的论证思路。通过这一命题,我们发现,“如何正确地认识世界”构成了毛泽东哲学的基本问题和核心关切,而这一关切在20世纪30-70年代的中国马克思主义哲学研究中也有体现。

The concept of"epistemology"in Mao Tse-Tung’s proposition of"Philosophy is epistemology"is not concerned with"how knowledge is possible"or"human cognitive activity itself",but with the question of"how to know".Therefore,what Mao Tse-Tung wants to express through this proposition is that philosophy is a theory to research how to know the world correctly.The reason why he puts forward this proposition is mainly to summarize the view of philosophy that he has always adhered to.This proposition was not improvised by Mao Tse-Tung as we can find two possible arguments in the context of his thoughts.In this proposition,we can find that"how to know the world correctly"constitutes the basic problem and core concern of Mao Tse-Tung’s philosophy,and this concern was also reflected in Chinese Marxist philosophical research from the 1930 s to the 1970 s.
