50%双硫磷乳油灭蚊幼效果研究

Effect of 50% temephos emulsifiable concentrate on mosquito larvae

目的了解50%双硫磷乳油在小型积水和大中型水体的灭蚊幼效果。方法参照《农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第5部分:蚊幼防治剂》NY/T 1151.5-2014标准中模拟现场试验和现场试验的方法,试验持续至蚊幼杀灭率<80%时的上一个时段即为持效时间。结果50%双硫磷乳油在小型积水灭蚊幼时,0.0125 ml/m^(2)剂量的持效时间为76 d,0.025~0.1ml/m^(2)剂量的持效天数均>90 d;对照药剂1%双硫磷颗粒剂2.5 g/m^(2)剂量的持效时间为62 d。在大中型水体灭蚊幼时,0.0125、0.025、0.05和0.1 ml/m^(2)剂量的持效时间分别为7、7、15和22 d。结论50%双硫磷乳油现场灭蚊幼时,建议制剂使用量为0.05~0.1 ml/m^(2)。

Objective To test on the efficacy of 50% temephos emulsifiable concentrate(EC)against mosquito larvae in small-scale,medium or large-sized waters.Methods According to the test methods of analogous site and field site in the standard,NY/T 1151.5-2014,"Laboratory efficacy test methods and criterions of public health insecticides for pesticide registration—Part 5:Mosquito larvae control agent",the trial was carried out,and the duration period of effectiveness was the previous period until the killing rate of mosquito larvae less than 80%.Results Applied in small-scale water for mosquito larvae control,50% temephos EC displayed control effect lasted for 76 d at 0.0125 ml/m^(2),and more than 90 d at 0.025-0.1 ml/m^(2),while 1% temephos granules lasted for 62 d at 2.5 g/m^(2).When 50% temephos EC was applied in medium or large sized water,duration period of effectiveness was 7,7,15 and 22 d respectively at 0.0125,0.025,0.05 and 0.1 ml/m^(2).Conclusion 0.05 to 0.1 ml/m^(2) agent of 50%temephos EC was recommended to control mosquito larvae in the field.
