桉油精驱蚊贴气相色谱分析及其对白纹伊蚊的驱避效果

目的分析桉油精驱蚊贴的气相色谱,并研究其对白纹伊蚊的驱避效果。方法采用气相色谱内标法,对试样中的桉油精进行气相色谱分离和定量分析。采用Y型管法测定桉油精驱蚊贴对白纹伊蚊的空间驱避活性。结果该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.998,平均回收率为99.69%,标准偏差为0.0098,变异系数为0.17%。5.6%桉油精驱蚊贴对白纹伊蚊空间驱避率为76.82%。结论桉油精驱蚊贴对白纹伊蚊的驱蚊效果值得进一步研究。

Objective To analyze the gas chromatography and study the Aedes albopictus repellent activity of eucalyptus oil patch.Methods The eucalyptus oil in the sample was separated and quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography with internal standard method.The space repellent activity of eucalyptus oil repellent patch was determined with Y-tube method.Results The analysis method showed the linear correlation coefficient of 0.998,the average recovery of 99.69%,the standard deviation was 0.0098 and the variation coefficient was 0.17%.The repellent effect of 5.6% eucalyptus oil patch was 76.82%.Conclusion The repellent activity of eucalyptus oil patch against Aedes albopictus is worthy of further research.
