摘要
目的评价5%吡丙醚·倍硫磷杀虫颗粒剂实验室、模拟现场和现场杀灭蚊幼的药效。方法按20 g/m2的剂量在实验室、模拟现场和水塘分别以淡色库蚊幼虫为受试对象开展试验,评价5%吡丙醚·倍硫磷杀虫颗粒剂杀灭蚊幼效果。结果实验室施药24、48 h蚊幼死亡率为96%和100%;模拟现场试验24、48、72和96 h羽化抑制率分别为92.2%、95.6%、96.7%和81.1%;现场水塘试验24、48和72 h幼虫相对密度下降率分别为89.0%、100%和100%;1~4周羽化抑制率分别为100%、97.5%、75.8%和60.0%。结论5%吡丙醚·倍硫磷杀虫颗粒剂按20 g/m2使用剂量,在实验室、模拟现场和现场试验对淡色库蚊幼虫和蛹防治效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 5% pyriproxyfen·fenthion granules on mosquito larvae control in laboratory,simulated field and field.Methods The larvae control effect of 5%pyriproxyfen·fenthion granules on Culex pipiens pallens were tested in laboratory,simulated field and pond at a dose of 20 g/m^(2).Results In the laboratory test,the mortalities of mosquito larvae were 96% and 100% after the application of 5% pyriproxyfen·fenthion granules for 24 and 48 h.In the simulated field test,the eclosion inhibition rates were 92.2%,95.6%,96.7% and 81.1% respectively after the application for 24,48,72 and 96 h.In the field pond test,the larvae density declined by 89.0%,100% and 100% after the application for 24,48 and 72 h;and the eclosion was inhibited 100%,97.5%,75.8% and 60.0% after the application for 1-4 weeks.Conclusion The dosage of 20 g/m^(2) of 5% pyriproxyfen·fenthion insecticide granules has significant effectiveness on the control of Culex pipiens larvae and pupae in laboratory,simulated field and field test.
