肺功能指标对支气管哮喘诊断的临床价值

Clinical value of pulmonary function indexes in the diagnosis of bronchial asthma

目的:探究对支气管哮喘患者应用肺功能指标检验的临床价值。方法:2018年7月-2020年7月收治支气管哮喘患者138例,随机分为两组,各69例。试验组采用肺功能指标检验;对照组采用常规身体特征检验。比较两组诊断效果。结果:试验组诊断准确率显著高于对照组,漏诊率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对支气管哮喘患者应用肺功能指标检验方式进行病症诊断,可以有效鉴别患者病情,提升诊断准确率。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of pulmonary function index test in the diagnosis of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2020,138 cases of patients with bronchial asthma were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 69 cases in each group.The experimental group was tested by pulmonary function index.The control group was tested by routine physical characteristics.The diagnostic results of the two groups were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the rate of missed diagnosis was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of lung function index test in the diagnosis of bronchial asthma can effectively identify the patient's condition and improve the diagnostic accuracy.
